Gtkpref

The Gtkpref or Gtk theme selector is a program created by Alex Shaduri that makes it easy to change themes under GTK+ 2.0 in Windows XP.
To use themes in GTK on Windows XP you need to download and install GTK+, GTK+ apps GIMP, GTK+ theme selector, GTK+ Engines and GTK Themes.

GTK Engines are the library files that provide the additional configuration and alignment needed for themes to work in GTK.

These are the actual graphics of a theme. They contain a config file (gtk.rc) and all relevant graphics needed for the theme.
To install a GTK+ theme you need to both extract the theme to the GTK+ theme folder and install the GTK+ Engine.
