Dr Graeme Teague has been in practice sine 1991, treating many different strucutral complaints. He has specialised in chronic back pain conditons and has a unique insight to the many causes of back pain.
The big difference in his approach is his belief that the public can be taught many simple and easy techniques to relieve most back and neck pain conditions. Changing the body's habits requires regular use of techniques. Without changing habits, back pain will always return.
The popular view is that muscles or joints cause back pain. In fact - muscles and joints are the mechanisms that allow pain to occur. The true cause of back pain is your day to day life, stresses along with the many injuries and falls. To change back pain permanently, you need to be aware of the many simple chanegs you can make - and learn to chaneg both the muscle and joint related issues.
