[edit] Re: Disambiguation
Thanks for the friendly welcome - much appreciated! If I may, I'll ask a question. I have been trying to help out with the WP:DPL - and come across an issue. If an article contains a link on a word that goes to a disambiguation page but is really looking for a dictionary definition - see the Reservoir link in Axial_piston_pump for an example - what should you do with it? Remove it entirely? Replace it with a Wiktionary link? Add a whole new Wikipedia page for the definition? Hints or suggestions welcome!

That's a good question. I would look to similar articles (for instance, in the same category) to see if they mention anything about reservoirs in hydraulic pumps. I checked the Wiktionary link and it looks like it covers this type of reservoir, so you can replace it with a Wiktionary link (e.g. Reservoir). If there's a need for an article about hydraulic reservoirs, someone can add an article later. I'm not fully convinced that the article on axial piston pumps actually needs a link to "reservoir", but it wouldn't hurt, either. --Elkman 15:20, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
