[edit] FTP table

I made the change (Null to No) based on a criticism on talk page.

This is essentially a geek question too: does NULL==false ? In some operating systems (NULL==false) is true, in others, NULL==false is false, also (NULL==true) is false. Anyway, I'm a NULL==false) is true kind of guy.

If a NO is wrong to your knowledge, please feel free to change to a YES.

If all Null to No changes are wrong, in your opinion, please feel free to revert my changes.

I agreed with the talk comment that the appearance of the table as was suggested bad formatting of data, not that the information was unknown. --Nemonoman 16:08, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RuneScape

[[wikia:runescape:Main Page]]

User_talk:Tarikochi has started inserting images into this article again. If you disagree with this article turning into a gallery, you can do two things to help:

  1. Revert the most recent changes adding back images into the article.
  2. Explain that the article does not need more images, and is already to long.

Thanks, --Hetar 19:57, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

Yes, interesting how rather than stay an argue with me, you start to head toward other people's talk pages and use words you never mentioned to me, such as "gallery," which mind you, is not what was intended at all whatsoever, nor even resemble such, especially no longer in the main article RuneScape. And telling them a completely biased way to "help?" I can only see much more conflict in encouraging such.
The RuneScape article have been already been cut in half, images and text alike, by Hetar. Is there seriously a problem with re-adding one or two images back? Tarikochi 20:38, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
images does not count in the article length but bandwith. however as those images are subject to fairuse, so the image must be closely related. I personally do not think that amount of image cause a problem. History of nuclear weapons has even more images, but it does not stop it become a good article. [edit] Magic (RuneScape)

I have reinstated the AfD notice here, as the article is included in the Runecrafting AfD. CaptainVindaloo t c e 17:06, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image Image:(Logo-a.gif)

Orphaned Fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Logo-a.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. JackLau 07:48, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image source problem with Image:Bitkinex.jpg

Image Copyright problem

This is an automated message from a robot. You have recently uploaded Image:Bitkinex.jpg. The file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 19:07, 12 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. If you believe you received this message in error, please notify the bot's owner. [edit] Speedy deletion of Morgul

A tag has been placed on Morgul, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD A7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Ridernyc 22:15, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
