Grundy High School is a public high school located east of Grundy, Virginia on Slate Creek in Buchanan County, Virginia. It is part of the Buchanan County School Division. The school is renowned for its wrestling program, which has won many state championships and has been ranked nationally on occasion. Athletic teams compete in the Virginia High School League's AA Southwest District in Region IV.

- Jayma Mays - Actress(Red Eye, Epic Movie).
- Robert "Bull" Bevins - Local legend and teacher at Grundy Senior High School. All of his students adore him and can't understand him.
- Luke Owens - Local Football legend. Played football at Virginia Tech. Eventually came back to the fedder school, Riverview Elm/Middle School as a Gym teacher, then moved away to become a football coach at Appalachia High School.
