[edit] Grumpkin
Welcome to Wikipedia.
A few days ago, there was some anonymous user who was inserting the word "grumpkin" (an anagram of "Grpunkim", I may note) into an assortment of articles -- including Maine, where you're from. Know anything about that? --Calton | Talk 02:17, July 21, 2005 (UTC)
Yes, actually I do. The anonymous one is my roommate. The word "Grumpkin" is a sort of joke between us, and this is why he finds it funny to randomly insert it into articles. I have since told him to stop doing it, and he has agreed, saying that the joke has pretty much run its course. He was also the one who suggested my handle, and I decided to humor him. I assure you that he won't be vandalizing the site anymore. --Grpunkim 19:14, 21 July 2005 (UTC)
