Grove Park railway station serves the areas of Grove Park and Downham in the London borough of Lewisham. The station was opened in 1871. Currently there are five platforms. Platform 1 serves Bromley North branch line, which is detached from the rest of the station, while platforms 2 to 5 are on the main line from Charing Cross to Hastings. The adjacent stations are Elmstead Woods to the south, Hither Green to the north, and Sundridge Park on the Bromley North branch line.
There are regular services to London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street during the rush hour.

The typical Monday-Saturday off-peak service is:
- 2 trains per hour (tph) to London Charing Cross, calling at Hither Green, Lewisham, London Bridge and London Waterloo East
- 1 tph to Orpington, calling at Elmstead Woods, Chislehurst and Petts Wood
- 1 tph to Sevenoaks, calling at Elmstead Woods, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Orpington, Chelsfield, Knockholt and Dunton Green
- 2 tph to Bromley North, calling at Sundridge Park
On Sundays the Bromley North shuttle does not run. All other frequencies remain the same.

London buses 261, 126 and school bus 638[1] serve the bus stop outside the station; there is also a bus terminus in Baring Road near the station served by routes 136, 181, 284, 273 and night bus N136; the 124 also passes through Grove Park near the station.[2]
