Grosvenor Group
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Grosvenor Group is a property company which is privately owned by the Duke of Westminster.
The group has built on the Grosvenor family's traditional holdings in London (part of Mayfair and much of Belgravia and parts of Knightsbridge; Pimlico was also developed by the family, but has been sold) and its agricultural estates in Cheshire and Scotland. It is now a major international property investment and development company with interests in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Japan and several European countries. In 2003, nearly 40% of the group's net rental income was derived from the United States. Grosvenor is lead developer of The Paradise Project in Liverpool as well as the Tithebarn Project in Preston.
