[edit] Major change to article

I've reverted this article back to its version on February 25, 2006 because recent additions were copyright violations and read like advertisements. Pages where this information came from seem to include (but are not limited to) [1], [2], and probably several more on the official Griffin Technology website. Let me know if you have any questions. [edit] Major Change Reverted - Please don't Change

Are you the wiki-police?

Please note that I work for Griffin and per their instruction posted all that information from their website. So there is NO copyright violation going on here.

So please un-dispute our wiki-page. thanx. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AdairNet.com (talkcontribs)

WP is not an advertising board for Griffin. :: Colin Keigher 05:58, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
It is good to see that Griffin takes WP seriously enough to ask you to add information here... BUT this is not Griffin's own page as you implied when you wrote "our wiki-page". WP is an encyclopedia that covers Griffin and its products as a topic - not as a free billboard for Griffin's products. A link to the website and a description of the various products is great but copy/paste marketing material is not appropriate. Thanks for understanding. Witty lama 14:06, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] That's enough of that

I started trimming the bullshit on this article. Do not revert my edits.

For the record, I don't give a rat's ass if you're an employee, it doesn't give you the right to abuse the Wikipedia system. Also for the record, I'm a former employee; if Paul has a problem with my edits, tell him to call Eric. EVula 15:24, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Content direct from Website

Most of the product or service descriptions on this page seems to be right from a sellers site: saying things like "a great system for your iPod" and "get you hooked up".

The page shouldnt be deleted; but have a MAJOR revision done to it. --216.233.171.165 14:44, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Made this a stub

There is no need to list off every single item that Griffin sells. Feel free to talk about what sort of accessories the company offers, but we do not need to know about each item. :: Colin Keigher 19:03, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Revamping

I would like to participate in this revamping, but there is virtually no information about Griffin anywhere on the web. Even their "about us" page is decidedly sparse.--Ljlego 23:10, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] tag removal

This article had "Underconstruction", "npov", and "advert" tags on it. I've removed all three of these, since none of them apply to the current revision of the article. Warrens 22:23, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Griffin Employee Count

You're right Griffin does not emply 100+ people. When I asked I was told 95. However there are several new propects and I suspect 100+ will be accurate within a month or so, if not the next few weeks. Griffin is growing very very rapidly. --Somegeekintn 15:14, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

OK I counted the number of people listed in the company directory and came up with 94. --Somegeekintn 15:21, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

Oy vey, I just find that hard to believe. I remember when there were about a dozen... EVula 15:29, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
