I have put the contested speedy deletion tag on the article since I lost the School counseling Student counseling article to that execution and thought to anticipate it here before it arrives.--Ziji

- I guess that makes sense, but the system doesn't really work that way. I don't think anybody is going to try to get this article deleted anyway; please wait until someone does before you put the tag on. Also School counseling has never been deleted as far as I can tell...?P4k 02:55, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

- The thing is, adding that template actually puts the article in Category:Candidates_for_speedy_deletion, which means an admin will have to look at it and decide whether to keep it or not; it's wasting administrators' time basically. Student counseling was deleted for being too short and lacking context, which won't happen here.P4k 03:07, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

- Yeah, articles are deleted very quickly sometimes, for better or for worse. BTW I'm amazed that Wikipedia didn't have an article about grief counseling up to now.P4k 03:21, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

- I've just begun to fix the whole counseling area in wikipedia. Disciplinary counseling and the two counseling categories Counseling and Counselling were the other glaring omission I have begun to address. As you will note from the List of counseling topics I've created, there's more to do. If you can think of another counseling topics or an anomalie like Sidewalk counseling I would really appreciate your additions P4K--Ziji (talk email) 03:36, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Remove wikilink to sitcom?
Do we really need a link to a sit-com episode on a page about Grief Counseling? I love The Office and all, but it just seems like sort of an insensitive link that is not very useful....70.164.72.13 (talk) 15:05, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
