Grizzana Morandi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bologna in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 30 km southwest of Bologna. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,966 and an area of 77.3 km².[1]

Grizzana Morandi borders the following municipalities: Camugnano, Castel di Casio, Castiglione dei Pepoli, Gaggio Montano, Marzabotto, Monzuno, San Benedetto Val di Sambro, Vergato.
