[edit] History
Steve Ettinger opened the Seattle division of Real Time Associates in early 1994. The Seattle division was acquired by Amaze Entertainment in 1999, and became Griptonite Games[1], focusing on Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS games. In 2005, the Griptonite brand was retired and all games produced by the studio fell under the Amaze Entertainment brand. In 2007, Amaze Entertainment and the internal Griptonite studio were acquired by Foundation 9 Entertainment.
