Grindhead Records is an Australia extreme music record label and distribution located in Sydney, New South Wales. The record label has been in existence since 2002, and specializes in the extreme genres of grindcore, death metal and gore/grind - though in the past, Grindhead Records have released a number of powerviolence, hardcore and crust bands.

It's roster features such notable Australian bands as Ebolie, Beyond Terror Beyond Grace and 4Dead as well as larger international groups including Pathology, Bung, Sound of Detestation and Gruesome Stuff Relish.

It's distribution catalog is similarly focused on underground death metal, grindcore and gore/grind, featuring a large range of CDs, vinyl, DVDs, tapes and merchandise from bands from every corner of the world, including releases from Japan, the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Finland, South America, France, Ireland, Sweden, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Indonesia and Australia to name a few.

In 2007, Grindhead Records began two festivals showcasing Australian extreme music: Slaughterfest and East West Death Grind Fest. 2008 sees the continuation of these two festivals, with more expansive line-ups featuring a larger contingent of interstate bands.
