Grignasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km northeast of Turin and about 35 km northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,803 and an area of 14.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Grignasco contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ara, Bertolotto, Bovagliano, Ca' Marietta, Carola, Garodino, Pianaccia, Torchio, Sagliaschi, and Isella.
Grignasco borders the following municipalities: Boca, Borgosesia, Prato Sesia, Serravalle Sesia, and Valduggia.
