Greg Cooper (born November 3, 1960), was an Indianapolis are radio personality for radio stations WZPL, WNAP, WEAG and WKLR from 1983 to 1992. Greg was the last voice heard on the original legendary FM rock station WNAP before it became WEAG and subsequently WKLR at 93.1 FM, Indianapolis. Through various incarnations of the frequency, Greg eventually became an on air addtion to both morning and afternoon drive programs by flying in a helicopter and a Cessna 182 fixed wing aircraft. For a period of time, Greg was the FM counter part to local fixture Big John Gillis who anchored the traffic for Indianapolis News/Talk giant WIBC from 1980 to 2007. They had two 'unscheduled landings' together coming down without power in the helicopter in September of 1987 and then again landing with no engine power in the Fall of 1988 in a Cessna. Today Greg is a real estate broker and public speaker in the Indianapolis area.
