[edit] Introduction
The Canon EOS 630 (known as the 600 in Europe) is a autofocus, auto exposure 35mm film camera that was first introduced in 1987 and produced until 1992[1] . The EOS 630 utilizes Canon's EF bayonet lens mount and replaced the earlier EOS 650 and EOS 620 and included new features such as Predictive Auto Focus, Programmed Image Control (PIC) modes and Custom Functions (CF).

- Shutter: 30 to 1/2000 sec. and bulb (in 1/2-step increments).
- Sync: X, 1/125 sec.
- Battery: One 2CR5 Lithium Battery.
- Auto Focus System: One vertical bias phase-detection sensor. One Shot, Predictive AI and Manual focusing modes.
- Film Transport: Auto loading, auto winding at up to 5 frames per second, auto rewind at end of roll.
- Metering System: TTL full aperture metering. Either 6 zone evaluative pattern or partial metering (6.5% of center picture area).
- Exposure Control: Shutter priority AE, aperture priority AE, intelligent program AE (shiftable), depth-of-field priority AE, A-TTL and TTL flash program AE, manual, seven PIC modes.
