Talk:Greymatter

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The text on the Gingerbeer band listings site is taken from the official Greymatter website, which is where I have also taken the text in the article from.

I have permission to use the text - I edit the online copy for Greymatter, and we reuse the text across many platforms, e.g. Facebook, MySpace etc. Band listing sites also take it and use it (and if it helps document, review, or prmotoe the band, we don't mind providing it is not substantially altered and links back to the official site), which is what Gingerbeer have done.

Please let me know if there's a better way we should be doing this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by The original kiden (talkcontribs) 18:33, March 13, 2008

Thanks.

For starters, please review WP:C, the copyright policy for Wikipedia. You'll want to look at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for what's required to donate copyrighted material. Those should get you started. If you have any other questions, either drop a note here, or on my own talk page. Yngvarr (c) 23:37, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Should I be putting the bits that I've put as 'reputation' as references instead? The original kiden —Preceding comment was added at 19:58, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
