Talk:Gregory A. Boyd
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Boyd is also a former Oneness Pentecostal, and wrote the book Oneness Pentecostals and the Trinity (1992) critiquing the movement's doctrine of God. He also charged Oneness denominations such as the United Pentecostal Church with legalism for their teachings on issues such as baptism and hair length."
Should there be a citation at the end of this paragraph that states where the charge made by Boyd can be found? --Derek Spalla 15:54, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
- It's in the book. I assumed that was clear, or do you think it needs a more specific reference? David L Rattigan 16:08, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

- I was thinking something like an MLA footnote/endnote just in case someone wanted to go directly to the page in the book to get Boyd's quote regarding the charges made against the Oneness denominations. It's just a thought. But the charge of legalism is a weighty charge. I thought a citation would be appropriate. I won't quibble if you think its not required in this case. I just wanted to make the suggestion.--Derek Spalla 16:53, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Important Books
I added Boyd's other books and added the ISBN numbers for reference. I also changed the section to Authored Books instead of Important Books. I felt it was important to list all of his works, to give a better representation of the subjects he has covered.Derek Spalla 02:11, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
