[edit] Surrounding area
The comment on the edit to opening paragraph by 83.217.190.139 says New Charlton is obsolete. The Ordnance Survey and the Greenwich Guide (paragraph 8 "..The area along the riverside is primarily an industrial zone, and is known as New Charlton.") don't agree. Would others with local knowledge care to comment? Pterre (talk) 14:35, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- As far as I know, as of October 2007, the term "New Charlton" the term is still used. It's now primarily a retail shopping area along Bugbys Way.--TGC55 (talk) 18:14, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
