[edit] Northwest?

The word "Northwest" is wikilinked in the lead paragraph of this article. The wikilink goes to a disambiguation page, which is undesirable. What meaning of "northwest" is intended here? Is this a geographical name in the Philippines (or elsewhere), or does it refer simply to the compass direction? Thanks. --Tkynerd 02:17, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

In the absence of any response on this, I am removing the wikilink. If anyone decides to restore it, please disambiguate it to a proper target (instead of just [[Northwest]], use something like [[Pacific Northwest|Northwest]]). Thanks. --Tkynerd 02:15, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
