'Oppose WCA does not belong here. The article as written is about the BSA version and should go in Advancement and recognition in the Boy Scouts of America. I think here, in the controversey section, it should be mentioned with some sort of link to Advancement and recognition in the Boy Scouts of America.Rlevse 01:02, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

The WCA predates green scouts. it was not created as a reaction to green scouts, so I removed the reference
