[edit] Elevators and number of floors

I think there are actually more than 3 elevators in the Green Building. There are the 3 obvious ones, but I beleive that 18 is the highest floor button in the 3 elevators. Since the building clearly has more than 18 floors, there must be another elevator, restricted to certain personnell, that accesses the floors above 18.

Also, how many floors does the building really have? This article says 21, but I've often read 23. Maybe it has 23 if you count the ground floor and the basement?
