There is a whole lot of room for Wikipedia to grow. The fact that Great Plains took over Ozark's aircraft and operating certificate (which is difficult to start from scratch) is a major fact of the airline and isn't mentioned.

I fixed it.

An example of how difficult operating certificates are is that Northwest Airlines bought the operating certificate of Independence Air so that it could start Compass Airlines (noted in the Independence Air article in WP). NW decided it would cost more if it applied for an operating certificate itself. Archtrain 21:25, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
