[edit] Great Britain or UK

First of all its clear that Great Britain was the name of the team from 1912 onwards. The official report refers to them as Great Britain and never with "and Ireland" appended. However things are more complicated in 1908 and before. The team name used was United Kingdom. Theres a picture on page 48 of the official report that shows the team in the opening ceromony with the team behind its sign. In prior games the only references to the team refer to England. Should these articles be at Great Britain at the x Summer Olympics or United Kingdom/England at the x Summer Olympics. josh (talk) 18:14, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
