The Grey-hooded Bush-tanager (Cnemoscopus rubrirostris) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is the only member of the genus Cnemoscopus.
