Gregory A. Presnell (born 1942 in Tampa, Florida).
Gregory Presnell is a United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida. It should also be noted he served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1967 - 1973. He was in private practice in Orlando, Florida from 1966 until 2000, when he was first appointed a Judgeship. In 2000 he was appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as a United States District Judge.

Presnell graduated from the College of William and Mary with his Bachelors degree. He received his Law degree from the Levin College of Law at UF in 1966.
