Greg Wells (footballer)

Greg Wells (born June 6, 1950) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Melbourne Demons during the 1970s. He usually played as a centreman or on-baller.
Wells won Demons' best and fairest awards in 1971 both 1976. The second award came in a year where he finished 5th in the Brownlow Medal.
The 1980 season was his last for Melbourne and he finished his career at Carlton where he won a premiership in 1981.
