Greg Upchurch

Greg David Upchurch (born December 1, 1971, Houma, Louisiana) is the current drummer for 3 Doors Down, the replacement for Daniel Adair, who left the band in 2005.
Getting his start with Eleven on their Avantgardedog album led to playing on a song for Chris Cornell's 1999 solo album and becoming Cornell's touring drummer. For there, Upchurch helped form the band Puddle of Mudd, before leaving in 2005 for 3 Doors Down.

Received the "Key to the City" to Oklahoma City in 2001 for his various contributions through Puddle of Mudd. He was also raised in the state ( Kingston, Oklahoma).
Is part American Indian.
