Greg Mottola

Greg Mottola (born 1964) is a film and television director. He wrote and directed the 1996 independent film The Daytrippers before being introduced to television directing. Since, he has directed several episodes of Undeclared and Arrested Development.
He directed the 2007 film Superbad, written by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen.
Mottola received his BFA in art from Carnegie Mellon University and MFA in film from Columbia University.
Mottola shared that his next personal project is "a movie set in the 1980s, sort of a first love story about college-age people about a guy who thinks he's going off to Europe on a backpacking trip with his buddies, and his family takes it away from him. It was supposed to be his graduation present, but they have money problems and he gets stuck working at an amusement park all summer."[1]
