Greg Foster was one of the original characters on the daytime drama (soap opera) The Young and the Restless, debuting in 1973. Greg, fresh out of law school, was idealistic and a little naive; he stood in contrast to his older brother, Dr. William "Snapper" Foster, who cast a skeptical eye on the world.
