Greg Evans (born 1947) is an American cartoonist and the creator of the syndicated comic strip Luann. He received the National Cartoonist Society Reuben Award for 2003 for the strip. He has also been nominated four other times for the same award. He has also written a musical based on Luann, titled Luann: Scenes In A Teen's Life which debuted at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA in March 2008. The cast included Rachel Robinson as Luann, Sean Hannify as Brad, Alyssa Schindler as Bernice, Lauren DeBraun as Delta, Jordan Gray as TJ, Caitlin Kunkle as Tiffany, and many other talented actors and actresses from the area. The show was directed by Dana Case.

He lives in San Diego.
