Grefsen is a railway station at Grefsen in Oslo, Norway on Gjøvikbanen. From the station there is also a short railway, Alnabanen to Alna on Hovedbanen. The station is located 6.82 km from Oslo S between Tøyen and Nydalen at 109.2 metes above sea level and was opened in 1900, two years before the railway to Gjøvik was finished.

The station is served by commuter- and regional trains operated by NSB Anbud. There is a tram- and bus stop at the station, and connection to the subway is available at Storo.
