The Greenup Commercial Historic District is an historic district in the U.S. state of Illinois. It is located in the Cumberland County village of Greenup, along the Embarras River. The district was designated and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. It is one of three of Cumberland County's Registered Historic Places. The other two, the Cumberland County Courthouse and the Thornton Ward Estate, are both located in the county seat of Toledo.
