Greenfield Historical Society

The Greenfield Historical Society was established to preserve the history of Greenfield, Wisconsin in Milwaukee County.
The organization maintains a presence along the Honey Creek on 56th & Layton Avenue in Greenfield.

On the grounds is one of the first log cabins from the original Honey Creek Settlement. Built in 1832, the Finan-Gabel-Bodamer Log Cabin was moved to the site and dedicated as a museum on September 7, 1969. Also preserved is the Montag-Boogk Cream City Brick Home, which was built with locally distinct Cream City brick.
