Greenfield Garden (Chinese: 翠怡花園) is the third private housing estate on Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. It has ten residential blocks, with a shopping centre near Tsing Yi Pier. It is on the site of an old lime factory that was dismantled in the 1970s before Greenfield Garden was built. It is built on old land next to the reclaimed land of Tsing Yi Tong (the old lagoon). Behind it lies an industrial center (Wharf Warehouse, and a large manufacturing complex). The Rambler Channel next to it is the site of an ancient Ming sea battle, where the Mind Navy fought with a large fleet of local pirates.
[edit] Location
It is hugged by Fung Shue Wo Road and Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road and Cheung Wan Road, and adjacent to another estate Grand Horizon.
