Greenbrier East High School is a public secondary school in Fairlea, West Virginia that serves grades 9 through 12 and is a part of Greenbrier County Schools along with Greenbrier West High School. Greenbrier East High School is located on Spartan Lane, just off US 219 near Lewisburg, West Virginia. Although not within the city limits of Lewisburg, the school has a Lewisburg mailing address. The school has 1,220 students enrolled (as of 2007-2008), and over 75 faculty members. The current principal is Jeff Bryant.

Greenbrier East is a regional school serving Alderson, Frankford, Lewisburg, Ronceverte, and White Sulphur Springs, as well as the smaller communities in eastern Greenbrier County.

Greenbrier East High School's colors are green and gold with the occasional addition of white and/or silver. Its mascot is a Spartan.

The Greenbrier East Lady Spartans are coached by Jim Justice. The Greenbrier East Mens team coached by Jerry Bradley, and the Football team coached by Mike Micheals. Greenbrier East is a AAA school.
