Green Packet (MYX: 0082) is a technology company first established in the Silicon Valley of California, U.S.A. in 2000. On 15 December 2000, Green Packet Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia as a regional research & development and marketing centre to further develop and commercialize the wireless networking technologies initially developed by Green Packet Inc.
Green Packet now has its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, with more than 400 employees worldwide. It has sales and marketing offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Taipei, Singapore, Sydney, Manila and Manama. R&D activities are carried out in multiple locations in Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and in Cupertino, California.
Green Packet in Malaysia is a public company, listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The company has since migrated to Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.
