[edit] Green Line
The Green Line is one of three light rail lines operated by the San Diego Trolley, an operating division of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System. The Green Line currently operates between Old Town in San Diego and the city of Santee. Other Trolley lines include the Blue and Orange lines.
[edit] History
The Green Line is the newest Trolley line opened in July 2005. The line operates along the Mission Valley East extension, as well as operating segments previously served by the Blue Line west of Mission San Diego and Orange Line east of Grossmont Transit Center.
