The Green-backed Honeyeater (Glycichaera fallax) is a species of bird in the Meliphagidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Glycichaera. It is found in Australia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
