Greek-Iranian relations are foreign relations between Greece and Iran. Relations between the two people date back from the antiquity. Alexander the Great defeated the Persian empire and the country was ruled by rulers of Greek origins for decades. Greece has an Embassy in Teheran, and Iran is represented by her Embassy in Athens.
