Great Western Brewing is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. When Molson decided to shut down their plant in Saskatoon in 1989, the employees purchased the brewery from Molson and founded Great Western. Today the company enjoys great success, with many of its beers winning awards [1]. Its most popular brands include Great Western Premium Lager, Great Western Premium Pilsner, Great Western Premium Light, Great Western Honey Wheat and Brewhouse Pilsener. The company also brews Pabst Blue Ribbon under license for the western Canadian market.
