The Great Valley Flyer is a limited service express commuter train operated by SEPTA on the R5 route providing service to the Great Valley region of southeastern Pennsylvania. Unlike other R5 route trains, the Great Valley Flyer only provides service from the six stations nearest the western terminus of the line, Thorndale Station to Temple University Station via Center City (30th Street Station, Suburban Station, and Market East Station). The Great Valley Flyer travels from Paoli to Temple via Center City once during the morning rush hour and returns during the evening rush hour.
