The Great Spinetail (Siptornopsis hypochondriaca) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Siptornopsis. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitat is Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss.
