Great Canadian Baycon 2007

The Great Canadian Baycon is a gaming convention held in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It takes place near the beginning of May each year. The 2007 event will occur at the Hamilton Plaza Hotel, from May 4 to 6. The event website is http://www.greatcanadianbaycon.com

Major scheduled events include game tournaments for Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and the All-Canada Championship of the popular board game Settlers of Catan. the All-Canada Championship of UFS (universal fighting system)

Separate halls will be set up for wargames (such as Flames of War), board games (such as Carcassonne), and roleplaying games (such as Dungeons & Dragons and Vampire: The Masquerade). There will also be a vendors' room, with dozens of retail stores, publishers and game designers attending.
