The Great Basin Spadefoot (Spea intermontana) is a species of frog in the Scaphiopodidae family. It is found in Canada and the United States. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, temperate shrubland, temperate grassland, intermittent rivers, intermittent freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater marshes, freshwater springs, and temperate desert.
