From There to Here: Greatest Hits is the first greatest hits compilation released by American country music band Lonestar. In addition to chronicling the greatest hits from their first studio albums, the album includes the newly recorded tracks "Walking in Memphis" (a cover of the Marc Cohn song) and "I Pray"; the former was released as a single in 2003, peaking at #8 on the Billboard country charts.

Also included is a re-recording of the band's 2002 hit "I'm Already There", entitled the "Message from Home" version. This rendition dubs in recordings of telephone calls placed by family members of soldiers; it also omits the line "Then I'll gently kiss your lips / Touch you with my fingertips".
