Dottie West's Greatest Hits or better known as Greatest Hits is a compilation album released by Curb Records to promote all of Dottie West's greatest and biggest hits of the 1980s. It fails to show any of West's 60s and 70s hits. The album was released by Curb in 1992. Dottie West had died the previous year in a car accident. The album is probably one of her best known compilations.
It features her three #1 hits from the 1980s, including her two #1s she made as a solo artist, "A Lesson in Leaving" (1980) and "Are You Happy Baby" (1981). It also includes her #1 hit with Kenny Rogers in 1981 called "What Are We Doin' In Love" (which was also a Top 15 Pop hit), as well her 1979 Top 15 hit "You Pick Me Up and Put Me Down", and her 1982 Top 20 hit "It's High Time".
