Yes, there is already a Maps project, with two ways to request maps, with suggested colors, style notices, and an ongoing and vibrant discussion page. That project pre-dates this by a couple of years. Please join in there! MapMaster 05:02, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Is there, in fact, any point to this page? Maybe it should Improve maps rather than create them (e.g. vectorise). --Dave the Rave (DTR)talk 19:58, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
