Thanks for working to improve articles in Wikipedia.

However, there's a minor issue that often causes problems for new users, "category sorting". In the english Wikipedia, we use the english character set (A-Z, a-z) without accented characters when specifying sorting for categories, either with the DEFAULTSORT template or within a category itself. This is merely to get the correct ordering in category lists, it doesn't affect anything that appears on the page in the normal browser view.

For example, in a category that contains 3 people: John Peel, Juan Pérez, and John Peters, english speakers will expect the articles to sort in the order "Peel, Pérez, Peters". To get that order, the "Pérez" article must have a DEFAULTSORT:Perez, Juan (without the accent), otherwise the articles will sort as "Peel, Peters, Pérez" ("é" comes after "z" in the English Wikipedia, currently). I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
