I thought that apes who have communicated with humans have done so via discrete (non-grammaticized) signs of a sign language. What has this got to do with "graphical language"? What examples are there of ape-irrelevant graphical languages or graphical language use? -- Hoary 07:32, 2005 May 5 (UTC)
